Well after some reasonable success at a tournament a few weeks ago with my 1750pts list (I came 4th and highest ranking GK player!) I am looking at making a 1500pts list for a tournament at the end of the month. I have a few ideas as to what I want to do which me and some mates have been play testing but I really can't decided which one I like the best.

k so here is the first list, so it has all the things I like in it, Draigo to help the Paladins survive anti-tank weapons when they unload (and we know they will certainly be hit by a lot of them). My main concern is only have having two troops choices, lots of points in single models. Grand strategy might be slightly wasted on the unit unless I make the Dreadnought scoring. I don't think changing Draigo for a standard GM is really going to get me much.

So this list gets me more actual troops on the ground but then I lose access to my favorite scattered deployment tactic with the Stormraven. Once I am in position I like to unload one things move 12, unload the other and then turn the raven so it can shoot 2 targets. This can get me a lot of kill points in a single turn. I can use grand strategy slightly better with this list (scout becomes viable). I do like including my Dreadnought in lists.

So here is the final list, I kind of like it more, death cults certainly give me some much needed killing power in combat, they are however a very hit or miss unit. lost of grand strategy and psychic communion seem the biggest hits to the list. One thing that goes against the list is its going to require me to get some extra models :( deathcults are easy enough to make from wyches at least.
