Good afternoon Dakkanaughts. My friend and me recently played a game of footsloggin' Orkz vs Blood Angels. One of the rules for Chapter Commander Dante is Terminator Honors, giving his squad "Terminator Honors." We could not find the specifics of this rule ANYWHERE. So, what does it do? Is it even relevant? Thanks.

Old rule from 4th Edition, giving them +1A and access to the Armoury. What rulebook or Codex is he using?

It's under the BA honour guard rules. Terminator honours. What I'm confused about is if sanguinary guard fall under that category as well, and if they do, are they capable of the terminator class armor.

Not seeing anything in the rules of the current codex for Terminator Honours. That is an old rule from 4th that can still be found in Codex: Black Templar but it isn't in the rules for Dante or the Honour Guard.
Sure you're not using a fan-dex? Wasn't there a Blood Angels fake leak before its release (honestly can't remember right now)? Maybe it's that?
For reference Dante has the following special rules:
- ATSKNF
- Descent of Angels
- IC
- Tactical Precision
- Surgical Strike
The Honour Guard have:
- ATSKNF
- The Red Thirst
None of their wargear options contain a reference to terminator honours either. So whatever codex is being used isn't the current BA codex (or the WD codex, I'd have to check the 3rd Edition mini-dex though, I can barely remember that one).

Try looking in the wargear pages, there is usually some sort of miscellaneous section that the more obscure stuff ends up in.

Driven away from WH40K by rules bloat and the expense of keeping up, now interested in smaller model count games and anything with nifty mechanics. |

Please check, it could also be the old WD codex.

That is a fairly old book, and no longer valid.
It also required the then-current Space Marines Codex to work.

The most recent BA book is written by Mat Ward. So you definitely don't have the most recent book. But term honors used to give +1 attack and armory access, as already stated.

Reality is a nice place to visit, but I'd hate to live there.

Ahhhh, that's why it's horribly jacked up. Thanks for the help, also if you could do me one last favor. Could you point me towards the newest and most updated version of it please? Preferably on amazon or ebay?

This is the book you'll want. I'm hesitant to point out Amazon/eBay sellers simply because of bad personal experiences buying GW from those venues.
Your best bet is to place an order through The Warstore or find it at your local hobby shop.
