I personally dislike Flamers, and would upgrade them to Melta Guns, while downgrading the Lascannons to Missile Launchers. (-15pts)

I'd drop 1 Land Speeder, and take all 3 as individual Squads, giving you more mobility (-60pts)

Drop Epistolary... while it's nice to use two psychic powers, it's 50pts that could be better spent. (-50pts)

Drop Extra Armour, and drop the Terminators down to 5. (preferably 2 lightning claw ones. Heck, I'd make them all Thunder Hammers, but that's me.) (-95pts)

Of course, I'm dropping these to slowly build up into a Sternguard Veteran Squad, since I love the heck out of them.

But I definitely love the heck out of those Vindicators you picked, so if nothing else, I salute you for that, sir.

I like the idea of having 3 individual squads to increase the landspeeder mobility.

I think the Land Raider will be a fire magnet and that the likelihood of it sustaining a Stunned result is high. I'm taking it to move the terminators around faster than they would normally, so wouldn't the extra armor be worth the points? If I'm dropping the number of Terminators down, should I also take the opportunity to switch to another kind of Land Raider that has a smaller capacity? I like the Thunder Hammers, but I also feel that I don't have a lot aimed specifically at hordes, which I think the lightning claws would go through much faster than the hammers. Should I keep them balanced or still move them all to hammers?

I also love Sternguard, but how should I transport them? This list moves quickly in order to close the gap to the enemy, would another Rhino be sufficient? I think a Drop Pod might also be okay, but I'm worried that they will just rip it to shreds as soon as it lands while waiting for my force to get in range.

Edit: I forgot about the tactical squad changes! I only took flamers to keep the points down. My worry is that long-range, heavy hitting units are out of my range for at least a few turns, and that I need something besides the Landspeeders to counter them, hence the Lascannons. Is the meltagun/missile launcher switch from flamer/lascannon really worth it?

Edit2: Are there also psychic power changes I should make, or is the Null Zone & Might of the Ancients fine for this?

Well, the Land Raider and size is better to be beefed up if you can't feasibly stuff in a Sternguard. If you can't fit the Sternguard in, I'd still drop a landspeeder and find somewhere else to stuff some points. Maybe give two of the land speeders a Heavy Flamer and one of them a Typhoon Missile Launcher?

The Melta is my own personal preference, of course. I find them the best Anti-Tank, since, Space Marines almost always can get close if they are mounted. Lascannons never do anything for me (they hate me) but, if they love you, go for it!

And about the Sternguard;

I drop pod them in, and load them up with Combi Meltas. They light the hell up out of tanks, or can rapid fire 20 shots into a blob, or whatever else there might be. I also run Termies/Land Raider in 2000pts, and with Sternguard in your face and a Landraider moving full speed at you, (not to mention the combat squads i throw in razorbacks, and my vindicators) they have to split their fire between a lot of threats. 3 Vindicators, 2 Small Transports, A Landraider, and Sternguard, all in your face or damn close first turn.

As for Psychic Powers:

I've only recently been converted to the joys of a Librarian, but if you are worried about swarms, I'd take "The Avenger" and "Null Zone" since The Avenger is a beautiful S5 AP3 Template you get to use before the charge.

About Terminator Load Out:

Well, while I understand the appeal of Lightning Claws, you are probably planning on using your termies differently than me. I use the Thunder Hammer Terminators to tie up MCs (2+/3++, heck yea) and hopefully bring them down. If I'm playing MEQs, I go for the Commanders / Tanks. However, you do get the extra attack and reroll wounds, and if your area has lots of Orks/Guard Blobs/etc. Go for the LCs.

Awesome. I'll play around and see where I can fit Sternguard in, and I will switch out to Thunder Hammers because it definitely seems like that's how I should be using them. The meltas on the tacs will probably end up doing more damage. Thanks for all your help!

As Crazy has said go with the changes in the Tac squads and speeders. Cull the Termies down to a 5 man in a LRR (My personal favorite) with a MM on it. I would also put in a Sternguard squad.

Basically I agree with everything he said except for the Terminator Loadout.. The way I prefer to run them is with a 3/2 split TH/SS to LCs.. It gives me some flexibility for dealing with mobs and bigger targets. But in the end it depends on how you plan on using them.
