(Now that I have a 2000 point army, Life is goood, and im off to go play some games.)

Camo Cloaks are not that good for non-Sniper Scouts, sadly.

I'd switch the Heavy Bolter in the third tac squad for another Missile Launcher.

I'd drop the Chapter Master and get a Librarian for some Psychic Defense.

Flamers are good if you play Hordes.

I'd drop both Captains/Chapter Master and just get a Librarian, but it's up to you.

Run of the mill Terminators are ok, but I'd rather either Sternguard, who do the same job but better, or Assault Terminators.

Assault Marines are ok as well, all depends on who you go up against and what the meta in your area is like.
