Here's my first attempt at FoW painting - trying out the Late War German vehicle camo using the Dogs and Devils Book as inspiration....

I'll give you that, Dead flesh with brown ink or Wash ain't half bad.

I use middlestone and then Thraka Green and a Brown Wash.

Collecting Forge World 30k????? If you prefix any Thread Subject line on 30k or Pre-heresy or Horus Heresy with [30K] we can convince LEGO and the Admin team to create a 30K mini board if we can show there is enough interest!

Why use Dead Flesh?

Several hobby paint companies make Dunkelgelb in acrylic for the same price point.

Thanks for the updates. I am making use of the fact that I have a full rangeof Game Color paints and a mainly unused tin of Armypainter strong tone dip. I just don't have the cash to invest in more paints at the moment. If money were no object I would have paid £7.20 for a can of matching spray and another 7.20 for the US late war too. This way I get to keep the money for something else!

Thanks for the comments though.
