An Idea I wanted from the Space Marine Game. A Digga Tank. Lets discuss what kinds of rules that vehicle can have!
Digga Tank
BS: -
Armor
F- 12
S-12
R- 12
Carry Cap- 20-30? 10-20?
All around armor cuz its underground and needs to be tuff all round to make it through all the stone, solid metal and dirt!
I think it would have the ability to dig underground and stuff so to represent this. Lets say That the tank is on the table. It could leave play and re-enter next turn via deep strike and it could never mishap unless it goes off the table. Or just arrive via deep strike.
So lets say its your first turn and you go first. Its on the table already! So it digs underground and leaves play. Next turn it pops up anywhere 24' away from where it is and the orks inside can kinda deepstrike pop up 1d6 from a spot up to 24' away and disembark and assault something within their reach.
It can pop up underneath the models on the table but they would move the shortest distance possible to avoid the model as kinda like the tank shock thing when the models move out of the way of the tank and the unit takes a 1D6 STR 10 hits as the model comes up drilling under the unit. Something special for vehicles or something.
I want to come up with something that would be realistic to what would happen if a giant drill tank came under your tank or units and still make it Orky and unpredictable. A Balance of Realistic,Fun,The Unpredictable of orks and something that could be seen in a competition type game!
