Looks great

Maybe a little more detail on the cloak/overcoat would be good, just to break up the black a little. I know sniper's are supposed to be stealthy and all but this is a universe where the emperor's finest go to battle dressed in bright blue armour, presumably so they blend into all the lapis lazuli deposits they have on every planet.

Excellent base too btw

1500pts

Wow, this is really great. Super creepy and menacing. I love the skull mask. Where did you get it from?

Actually, what are the constituent parts of this model?

Avoiding Dakka until they get serious about dealing with their troll problem

@ J.Black: Thanks for thoughts!I have used a lot of different shades of black on the cloak and its not so monotonous in real.A lot of pigment weathering here and there for flavor too.Anyway I cant really touch him now because he is looking for a new home in ebay.

@Xenocidal Manic: Im glad you like it here are the parts used:
Body is from imperial guard vehicle crew.
Legs and cloak/sniper is Cadian command.
Head is from a vampire counts skeleton warrior, with greenstuffed cyber eye, random tubbings on the back and an old watch gear.
I hope this helps!
