A couple of small things. You don't have to list points, we know the points by heart anyway :-). So one unit per line is best, it makes reading it faster.
Here is an updated one:
- You have to pick power for librarian before hand
- Normal termies are not good. Never bring them.
Librarian - Bolt Pistol - Null Zone - Avenger
10x Tactical - LC - Meltagun - Rhino
10x Tactical - LC - Meltagun - Rhino
5x Sternguard - 3x Combi-melta - Rhino
5x Sternguard - 2x Lascannon
5x TH/SS Assault Terminators
Land Raider Redeemer - Multimelta
Dreadnought - Assault Cannon - DCCW
Land Speeder - Typhoon - Heavy Bolter
Land Speeder - Typhoon - Heavy Bolter
The Typhoon - HB speeders are very versatile. Null Zone libby with Assault termies will take on their rock(s). Sternguards are also versatile an can bring the hurt to all types of units. You have enough Melta, combi-melta and lascannon to take down most stuff (including Stormchickens).

If you want to play gunline marines, then the redeemer is perhaps not as good as a basic TL lascannon LR. Termies, if they are to stand and shoot, would be better with cyclone missile launcher. Make dread dakka dread with autocannons on both arms.
Rhinos are overstacked to my liking with HK missiles and stormbolters. If you want shooty transports go for razorbacks and then combat squad the tacs. Leave one squad with a ML in the rear and maybe take a TFC for the techmarines bolster defences as well.
Just some general thoughts.

Along with Ruminator's advice I would look at giving your Libby Termie armour and a SS to mesh with the TH/SS termies. I assume he is running with them. This will keep your Libby alive far long and it is worth the points IMO.
Drop the LC in the Tacs and stick with the free ML.
