So, eSevy is an interesting character and his play style is really indirect. Also creators wrath is hilarious and you should never expect to cast this as if you are casting it you probably have lost.
The first is taking advantage of his bond, awareness, and menoths already excellent jacks. In this regard you really don't want the Avatar as it can't benefit from the bond, awareness, or even holyward (it cant be targeted to begin with so its a waste). The Avatar is an incredible jack, but you happened to choose a caster who really doesn't want him ever in his army as you can't take advantage of having the Avatar.
As for more infantry(I highly suggest ever buying 2 units of cinerators, there is simply no need). I can see buying a unit of bastions eventually as its purely a preference.
So lets look at the models you have so far:
eSevy (+6)
-Revenger (6)
Full Cinerators (8)
Vilmon (3)
That comes out to 8 points with just the cinerators, or 11 with vilom and them. This leaves 7 OR 4 points left to make a 15 point army. So you have a lot of infantry, which isn't ideal for a 15 point army, but you have a revenger(which eSevy really likes). So lets look at 25 instead:
eSevy (+6)
-Revenger (6)
-Reckoner or Templar (8)
Full Cinerators (8)
Min Choir (2)
Vassal (2)
Vilmon (3)
Gorman (2)
I highly suggest a reckoner as a first jack as its multi-purpose and incredible. I think a templar is fine also as a first heavy, but its a better second heavy IMO. Due to going for a more jack based list a vassal is incredible, especially a bonded reckoner or templar with a point of focus AND enliven...such an great combo. You can also just holyward the cinerators or even your heavy jack. I would normally never put Vilmon in this list, but since you have him we can make use.
Finally with the last 2, well with Vilmon adding another paladin makes sense, but its not a worthwhile investment monetary or even list wise IMO. Maybe a heirophant, but you have plenty of focus and you will be arcing through the revenger. The multiple 2 point damage solos, well they aren't that useful in this list. That leaves The Covenant of Menoth, which is a solid in faction choice, but the best choice IMO is Gorman as negating a heavy for a turn is incredible at 25 points. Its more a preference thing for this 2 point option.
Taking the above options and making it a possible 15 pt list:
eSevy (+6)
-Revenger (6)
-Reckoner or Templar (8)
min cinerators (5)
min choir (2)
Just to give you my ideas on further extending the army to say the maximum ever of 50 points(I am not suggesting to buy any of this as you are new and need to learn at lower points like 15 then go up in points), but its an overall idea of his style from my thoughts, but lets assume its in faction only and has bastions and cinerators for your own preference:
50 pt
eSevy (+6)
-Revenger (6)
-Reckoner (8)
-Vanquisher (8)
-Redeemer (6)
Full Bastions (8)
Full Cinerators (8)
Min Choir (2)
Vassal x2 (4)
Covenant of Menoth (2)
Heirophant (2)
Mechanic (1)
Wrack (1)
He's a ranged jack heavy caster to take advantage of awareness. He puts fear of god on an enemy unit to mess them up, then arcs influence through when needed, mostly he stays back and gives out focus to the ranged jacks. To support all these jacks, a choir, 2 vassals, a mechanic, then a heirophant(to make awareness cheaper for more focus) and a wrack for the extra 2 focus a turn as you are upkeeping fear of god and holyward plus casting awareness, so thats 5/8 focus, leaving only 3 to give, this way you can give 5 to your jacks for boosting and buying extra shots. The cinerators and bastions can screen(since awareness means you can shoot through them) or be independent on other flanks.
