The ranks of the legionnaires are a weapon wielded by one hand—that of Farilor, Bladeguard of the Prophet. He directs their every strike for the glory of Thagrosh, and the obedient legionnaires follow with unflinching discipline. So great is their devotion to Captain Farilor, legionnaires can ignore the most grievous wounds and punishing blows in order to hold the line beneath the Legion’s standard.

Looks good, I especially like the Captain's pose.

His pose and his facial expression make it look like he's about to take a dump.

Sculpts look pretty good to me. Don't they have any colour photo's though? That Artist film has a lot to answer for.

Not bad, but not great. Still a good improvement over their old Nyss faces.

Below the photo you can just begin to see what appear to be his thighs, so it seems like he is squatting and the way that you painted his face makes it seem like he is kind of grimacing while looking down like someone that is really focusing on something...

Everything would be an improvement over that...

Just seems like they didn't put alot of thought into the pose. What is he suppose to be doing? Other than hovering over the toilet? He is holding the sword all funky, The other hand is at his side. There isn't any action that you can see. Personally, this is a little on the fail side. PP Really should have held off on this model and thought about it a little longer.

He's doing a challenge/intimidation roar thing. Arms back, chest/face forward. You see in from bestial type characters all the time. The problem is they over do the squat when they give models this pose. General Gerlak suffers the same problem IMHO.

Id really like to see more dragon-ish stuff for Everblight instead of the flood of evil elves we have been getting.

IMO they really dropped the ball on the battle engine, we should have gotten a huge dragon, instead we got a squid with a huge mouth and a top hat.

Whats my game?
Warmachine (Cygnar)
10/15mm mecha
Song of Blades & Heroes
Blackwater Gulch
X wing
Open to other games too

Agreed.

I had had high hopes for what it might have been.

Seems like the natural place for them to make a huge dragon thing would be whenever Hordes get their Colossals equivalent. I'm sure they didn't want to blow their dragon load on the battle engine.

Fluffwise, we can't get a dragon without it being a slipcover for your futon.

Why would you want a huge dragon that's weaker than your smaller dragons?

Captain Failor huffed and puffed with all his might but he couldn't blow the third little farrow's house down.

His pose is wonderful.

He gives his unit many defensive abilities, including receiving the charge with a bonus.

For a model that is defensive, receives the charge great, and gives defensive buffs, his "set charge" stance is perfect.

Well, given it's a Unit Attachment, it Should look like more of the same as it's supposed to fit in with an existing unit.
