Ok, this was a great mini that I got to paint for a client. I really love the Nyarlathotep feel that it has going on.

Don't know that there's much more that needs to be said:

This is a gorgeous mini, but I have to ask: Can we get some detail shots? I'd love to get a closer look at the little person on top, the metallic looking flanges up there, and a few other areas. But this is a great model, nevertheless!

The Throne of Everblight is a big wee beastie, azazel - and odinsgrandson has gone a grand job of painting it.

Is that a conversion or a model from somewhere that isn't Games Workshop? All those long, reaching limbs make me think it's a throne of evercuddles.

It's a Privateer Press model from the Legion of Everblight (Hordes) line.

It is. The throne's huge. It's based on a base the size of a CD and it stands about 8.5 inches tall from the base to the tip of the Sorceress' staff.

Great paint job too. Might just have to do the glistening shiny tongue on my own one too.

Fantastic work, I have become the Battle Engine destroyer at my lgs hahaha - any game I play they are the first thing to go down, it's a damned if you do/damned if you dont situation really.

That thing does NOT look like 8.5 inches... that thing looks more like it's a foot tall.

Since this mini was a commission, it has already gone out to it's owner. I don't have it anymore, and I already got all of the pics that I will for it. Sorry.

May I ask how long it takes you to paint something of this scale to this level of detail?
