This has come up several times since they announced they had found a way around the embargo to continue selling to the affected areas..
Several months later and no word or update has made me start to doubt this will even happen now.
What are your thoughts?
(In before "learn patience, be patient etc" it's been a while now so you can't blame a guy for wondering )

I doubt that it is going happen any time soon. Had they figured it out like they said they did, they wouldn't have pissed away all their foreign sales for nothing with this massive delay. It would have been a priority.

Balance in pick up games? Two people, each with their own goals for the game, design half a board game on their own without knowing the layout of the board and hope it all works out. Good luck with that. The faster you can find like minded individuals who want the same things from the game as you, the better. |

My thoughts are it was nice of them to give it a try, but after the realized it wasn't working out in a timely manner, they should have just dropped the page and told people to keep an eye out for news later. Leaving it up and saying they're still working on it just feels... lazy.
Australians have already found a way to get most of their plastics elsewhere now. Dicebucket, Discount games store, Chaos Orc, etc. If Wayland finally get their ROW solution up, it'll be a bit late.

Why does his need a Poll?
If it happens it happens if not there seems to be a few alternatives already in place.

It's not just a "learn patience" issue. You also have to realise that they want to do it legally, so GW don't have any grounds to yoink their trade account off them. Legal means things take glacial times to happen. Like getting a DA (building) from council. 2 years is "normal" here (unless you know someone in the L&E court). It's been less than a year so far. This is a legal blink-of-an-eye. Don't get me wrong, I'm waiting like the rest of you - it's just that I don't need to get GW stuff from them, so the embargo and reason for the ROW setup isn't a big issue for me - as I can still get stuff I want off them.

I'm OVER 50 (and so far over everyone's BS, too).
Old enough to know better, young enough to not give a ****.

The point of the poll was to see peoples opinion on the matter.
I know alot of people open threads and never post, I figured a poll was an easy way or replying.
There are a few alternatives in place, I've bought from discountwargames and found them to be good, but they are limited.
I'm mostly wondering about wayland as they have the biggest selection and prices, I was also hoping maybe someone in the know would provide additional information.
I've had a speed freaks army I'm really keen to keep adding too sit at a stand still for months now while I wait on this solution.
