Sorry, but generally, people here post a list, rough list, or at the very least, some kind of theme or idea for a list.
As it is now, we have no clue what kind of list you'd like to run.

There is no sort of general competitive list
But if you pick a Special Character, or a general theme, there is usually a good list there.

Capain Shrike, if you are going with Codex Marines. He gives the whole army fleet, which is pretty awesome. As unfortunate as it is to say, however, if you are going heavy on the melee Blood Angels would probably be the better 'assaulty' kind of army.

Scouts (5) - Sniper rifles/75pts
Scouts (5) - Sniper rifles/75pts
Legion of the Damned (10) - Power fist, Melta gun, Heavy flamer/380pts
Techmarine - Servo harness, Thunder Hammer, 5x Servitors, each with Plasma Cannon/295pts
Vanguard Veteran Squad - Thunderhammer (sergeant), 2x Thunderhammer/200pts
Whirlwind - /85pts
Whirlwind - /85pts
Whirlwind - /85pts
Pretty much the greatest, most competitive list you can run using C:SM. Real hardcore players don't use vehicles, and troops are for the weak.

Shennanigans, everyone knows you have to take 3 techmarines with servoharness and maxed out servitors with all options for a competitive list of C:SM.
Jokes aside. OP needs to start posting a list.
