You need to look carefully at what you want each unit to do and then re-read your codex to make sure you can do it with those units.
Here is what you should think about at 1850 with a wolves list
HQ -
Canis wolfborn- 185
He buffs out your wolves putting them at I5 and any wolves within 12" can use his leadership and re-roll it. This boy is a street sweaper, with two claws and wrath of the savage he can take out tough units in one turn. Stick him with a squad of 8 wolves to ensure that everything will be dead before any power weapons or power fists get to hit him. When in doubt keep him to the opposite side of the combat to any special weapons.
Keep him with a squad at all times either a squad of wolves or a squad of
TWC. Depending on what you want to do.
Wolf lord- 245
ss, wolf claw, saga of magesty, runic armour, wolf tail, necklace, thunderwolf.
He gives any units plus him re-rolls of leadership, when you fall back
3d6 inches you may want to prevent yourself failing those tests. With the kind of high point units you'll have in here you want to be able to keep eveyone on side.
3x iron priests (3x170)
Thunderwolf, 4x cyber wolves, necklace and wolf tail
These units have grown on me, i tried one out and I was shocked with their preformance. 16 i5 attakcs, 4 s10 and 1 s8 attacks with i1 hitting on 3's and you can't pick out the iron priest. Plus the squad is T5 all round making it harder to splat.
Fenrisian wolves 8 -64
Fenrisian wolves 15 - 120
The two squads are for different things, the big one is to give you cover saves to your
twc while the second is to be there to allow canis join up to get him accross the board and into
cc. There is very little point in having 6 squads of 14 wolves with a cyber wolf, taking canis means the cyber wolf looses you 2 attacks and gains you nothing, and every unit after the first two is wasted
twc points.
TWC can't hold objectives but they can kill everything that's stupid enough to try.
The rest of the list is 3x squads of
twc
3x (240)

3# naked
These boys take out whatever is one hte board, one works with the lord and kills tough troops and characters while the others mash whatever is left.

You'll get booted for listing the points cost of each piece of wargear,
GW will try to sue this site into the dark ages since you're explicitly letting people know what the specific costs are.
Your wolf guard and lone wolves do not gel with the rest of the list as they will be 1-2 turns behind the wolves on the board and won't cover the gap for a long time and will be taking all the fire. These squads don't have any power weapons or power fists and won't do much to a squad of paladins in terminator armour at least those things can instant kill them. If you are going to take a unit to kill hard squads find something with more attacks and s8 or 10.
