Ok for the Ravenwing attack squadron you are allowed to take up to 6 bikes 1 attack bike and a speeder. Ignoring the speeder since it doesn't have scout so it can't outflank, how do I do my reserves if I choose to outflank my bikes + attack bike? According to the codex the attack bike deploys at the same time as the normal bikes, but from that moment on consists of a unit of one model. So do I roll once to see if the squadron shows up and then roll separately for which table edge they show up on? Do I roll as if they were in reserves seperately? It's an interesting issue that came up recently.

You roll once to see if the unit turns up (as they deploy as a single unit) and then once for which side, and only when you place them on the table do they spliut.

Actually, you cannot ignore the speeder. Per the DA FAQ, if you have a speeder as part of the squadron, then NONE of them can outflank.
