Dreadnoughts just aren't worth it yet. They're just a little to unpredictable atm you could bubble wrap them with berserkers so just in case they go bonkers it's not going to be to terribley devastating =P

I planned on using them in front of everything to screen my princes and pop vehicles. Fire frenzy should mostly be a bonus?

Hey, I just play tested a dreadnought. The line of sight is based on the 45* gun sight, so just put him in the front or rotate him so he can't see.

Well here they are so far. I will need to buy some left hand missile launchers, but these will work for now. Hopefully not a huge waste of money!
