Very cute!
Is it resin, or scratch built from plasticard?

Its really well built, but it seems kinda unbalanced. If I were the driver I'd be afraid it'd fall over when I shoot....

Since when did falling over ever bother Orks? lol. As long as it makes a loud enough bang and does some damage, pick it up and do it again!
Really nice work on the teeth and rivets. One thing I would do though is try and incorporate the turrent into the body a bit more.

kilkrazy - Yes it is scratch built from plasticard.
MrMerlin - I can see that but even the FW grot tanks have a slight unbalanced look to them.
Slushosaur - I know the turrent does look sortof placed on it, it was something i didnt like about it when i built it. I had noticed it when i got to that stage.
This was the first of the 24 used in the apoc formation. The others i am going to build with the idea of being cast in resin. Once i get the other options down hopefully i can make the turrets swap able. But I cant complain for the first one being slightly not there. It still looks good though.

For the next one, I'd suggest making the skirt a bit shorter. You can still hide (and, therefore, not need to build) the running gears, but as it stand the tank doesn't look like it'd be able to move. I think removing the inward taper at the bottom of the turret would be an aesthetic improvement, as well. Grot tanks are supposed to be a bit goofy and stubby, but right now the profile reminds me of a rubber duck - awkward and silly, just not in quite the right way.
As for the paint, I like the weathering (the rust is especially nice), but the color scheme isn't doing it for me. Orks (and grots) like gaudy paintjobs, but including all three primaries makes it feel rather like a child's toy.
It's solid work, all around, but I think the next few could (and should!) be even better.

hey oadie.. I know the tracks sortof sucked.. I didnt get them quite lined up to make sure they showed themselves at the bottom, the next tank def has them out the bottom of the skirt also the barrel is much shorter.. The only thing i have left to build is the exhaust and the rest of the turret.. Hoping to have it done by Saturday and primed and painted on Sunday.. The reason I chose the three primary colors for this one was that it is the kommander tank, the rest of them will either be blue or yellow.. The one thing i did noticed this morning seeing I was laying track down at 2am was its reversed on a section lol, and its going the wrong direction for the tank.. Other than that i am happy with it, still trying to work out a good body size, this one's body is slightly longer than the first one..
