The list has the bones of greatness but it needs a few tweaks.
Canis is cheap and chearful. He needs a squad to stick with either a TWC pack or 8-15 wolves. The reason you want him on wolves is to overwhelm with I5 attacks. After turn 1 fenrisian wolves won't be looking too good so you need to kill as many as possible. He gets 7 on the charge or 2+ the number of models in base to base contact so he is a bit of a road sweaper.
The Wolf lord needs a few changes, drop the belt of russ and the forst axe, you should give him a wolf claw and ss. I worked through the mathhammer and a wolf lord with a claw and sheild has the best survival to kill chances. Claws beat frost blades hands down. Give him a wolf tooth necklace for hitting the more interesting units out there. Maybe saga of magesty is a good choice for the lord as TWC fall back 3D6 and you don't want to be in a situation where that could be a problem.
Bump the wolves up to 8 and 8 use one squad to screen and one to guard cannis.
Iron priests are great, they do cost a bit but for 170 points you get a squad of 5 wounds that hits with 4 thunderhammer and 1 power fist hitting on 3's. They are great at taking on MC's, walkers and vehicles. The priest can't be hit directly so he'll survive to get to cc and mess someone's day up.
I think you should drop 2 men from each of the thunderwolves packs and invest in some iron priests and drop the melta bombs. With 5 attacks with s10 you don't need the melta bombs.
The problem with your army as I see it is that you have everything in 3 big death stars, you should spread the points out a bit to ensure that you don't tie up large parts of your army in a single combat.
This is my planned 1850 hyperwolves list that I will be looking at in a few months.
