Not sure if this is the right section, and I attempted extensive searching prior to posting (just unable to find what I was looking for).

That being said, I was wondering if there was a web page that listed all tournament legal codecies, rules, etc etc. I did a search for Eye of Terror (seems like that was posted somewhere before) but could not find anything.

Each tournament is different check with the TO for that specific tournament for what is allowed.

For Eye of Terror check to see if they have a website that tells you, as no one, but the TO, can make that call.

It is dependent on the Tournament that you are talking about.

Codex: Eye of Terror hasn't been in use for most tournaments in quite some time though.

As an example, here's the list from 'Ard Boyz 2011:

Thanks, this is exactly what I was looking for, side note (havent read the WH FAQ) seeing as it is still in use does that mean SM/IG can still bring in an inquisitor and assassin from that book?

The general assumption is that the only legal sources are:
1) The latest vesion of an army's codex, and any supplements released after the main codex (5th ed GK replacing 3rd ed DH, 5th ed IG replaces both 4th ed IG and 4th ed Catachans, 4th edition Tau Empire replaces 3rd edition Tau, etc)
2) Any official rules appearing in White Dwarf (at the moment, only Sisters of Battle rules and Eldar Night Spinner)

It varies a bit from tournament to tournament, but those are the typical allowed sources.

No. That's from last year before the new codexes came out and is probably no longer relevant. It was just an illustrative example.

Codex: Witchhunters has been superceded by Codex: Sisters of Battle (White Dwarf).

Automatically Appended Next Post:
Yeah, Codex: EoT and Armageddon, along with Codex: Assassins, Codex: Catachans and Codex: Craftworld Eldar are all no longer legal at most events even though they do not have an official replacement in many cases. (and probably some others that I can't think of)

The last 3rd ed codexes was replaced by SoB and Necrons, so everything should be 4th ed plus at this point.
