Does anyone have examples of wreck markers they've made from the extra pieces of PSC kits?  [RSS] Share on facebook Share on Twitter Submit to Reddit

I was assembling some StuG III's and was wondering how viable it would be to make wreck markers out of the spare hulls. Unfortunately, all I have are the top decks and no spare track units or lower huls. Anyways, just curious to see if anyone has done this already and how they turned out.

I had pondered the fact that it might even be possible to make whole stugs with creative use of skirts and purloined track

"There's a time when the operation of the machine becomes so odious—makes you so sick at heart—that you can't take part. You can't even passively take part. And you've got to put your bodies upon the gears and upon the wheels, upon the levers, upon all the apparatus, and you've got to make it stop. And you've got to indicate to the people who run it, to the people who own it that unless you're free, the machine will be prevented from working at all" Mario Savio

I'd imagine you could bury them in rubble a la Stalingrad and you'd have a pretty good busted up StuG. If I'm not mistaken they come with extra barrels too, right?

I had the exact same thought about 48 hours ago using spare Panther hulls, I would be really interested in what people come up with.

Collecting Forge World 30k????? If you prefix any Thread Subject line on 30k or Pre-heresy or Horus Heresy with [30K] we can convince LEGO and the Admin team to create a 30K mini board if we can show there is enough interest!

Something which resembles GW Citadel Scenery Battlescape piece in smaller scale with extremely rusty hull as its centrepiece. Cut it apart and bury in filler.

Yeah that's what I was aiming for, like a Panther hit by a 500lb bomb hitting near it. So it would be embedded in a crater much like this.

Good find Cain.

Hilarious I presume that You are fully aware of the meaning of that inscription on T-34's armor?
