April 15th is traditionally tax day here in the U.S. This year, it happens to fall on a Sunday and it just so happens that it's an open day for Infinity at my LGS. This one will be a full blown ITS, with trophy and all, plus an additional painting prize.

I would like to stress that at each of our tournaments, we've had absolute beginners show up and not only have fun, but do well. Please don't feel like you shouldn't play because of lack of experience. There will also be people and extra models on hand for demos.

The tournament will go for three rounds and winning will be based on wins with mission points and points killed as the tie breaker. We will use YAMS (draw eight missions, keep six) for all three rounds as it has worked really, really well two tournaments in a row.

Please bring three extra models, one to represent a flag, one to represent a civilian and one to represent an objective. They should all be roughly 1" tall (same height as an average Infinity infantry model) and be mounted on a 25mm round base.

There will be a painting prize again, and it will be based on votes cast by each participant (you can't vote for yourself). This prize might be as large as a boxed set depending on the number of players that show. You will also be awarded a bonus of one extra mission point every round if your models are fully painted. This should be to a basic three color standard and will be decided upon by the TO. Primed, inked and one other color will generally be sufficient.
