What are some good ideas for cheap, air-tight containers? I'd like to experiment on a few models primarily using different glazes (and I'm a bit OCD about keeping colors consistent), but I'm not really willing to buy a citadel pot for each and every batch I mix.

Something cheap, air-tight, and easy to clean would be ideal.

Suggestions?

I dunno... I imagined the sept guarding the Perdus rift would wear the same black armour as Ulthwe eldar. Maybe being in close proximity to the warp makes you emo.

Any place that sells kitchen stuff should do. You can get very small Tupperware type containers that should be ideal for it.

I like these. On ebay, always on sale. $35 for 100 and $20 for 50.

You could try tupperware. They're a bit expensive, but readily available.

When I needed the same type of containers, I went to a pharmacy and asked for cheapest medicine in small air-tight containers. This was actually cheaper than buying empty containers of the same size.

Are these the same size as Reaper or Vallejo bottles?

I use craft paint for all my painting, but the larger 2o zbottles take up alot of room and don't dispense small amounts as well. These would be a great way to shrink the amount of space required on my desktop.

How cheap is cheap? Craft stores like Michael's or A.C. Moore sell empty flip-top paint bottles (like the ones that craft paints come in) and small glass jars. The jars will usually run you a few bucks a piece, but the plastic bottles frequently go on sale (2-3 for a dollar) and seal better than GW pots, in my experience. They will certainly be larger than a GW pot - not sure if you'd consider that an issue.
