Hey everyone.
im visiting dakkadakka for quite a while now and got lots and lots of inspiration by this site.
since i got introduced to wargaming playing gorkamorka by my friends i kind of fell in love with my little green braincrushaz.
so when we started 40k it was obvious to me i'm going with the tide to wreck all my friends shiny marinez and humiez and bugz.
my whaaag! grew and my modeling and painting skills got better and better.
but due to the reason that in this forums ork-players aren't very rare i was to shy to post a painted ork model in here
so a friend of mine was so kind to lend me a carnifex to paint and present.
so here it is.
my first painted tyranid.

the night after i finished it i woke when i heared a strange noise comin from my living room.
when i turned on the light this was what i found
Spoiler:

i mean....
who could be mad at him?

critics and comments are very welcome

Wow, the acid blood looks sick! The feathering on the carapace looks perfect too!

thanks

and by feathering on the carpace i suggest you mean the painting technique on the headplate of the carnifex (sorry im not good in times when it comes to technique-terms ) thanks also but i kind of messed it up by rushing the last layer but i will enhance that i think

Sweet painting on the nid, it looks especially nice in that power klaw!
And thats a very good Ork you got there, I love how it seems to be screaming at the poor bug!

The bug looks good. I don't know why you are worried about posting an ork picture. Its the oly army you don't see going up for sale very often. And it seems the worse its painted the more orky it is. and the better its painted the more orkish it is... orks are confusing. The bug is awesome i love that paint scheme.

Great vision in creating this conversion! Love the 'nid head, and all the little details (acid blood, etc). Great work!
