Either 5 naked marines in a Razorback or 10 with a PF, Missile Launcher, Flamed in a rhino. In my opinion anyway.....

That depends what you want them to do. If you want them to blow up tanks, a melta, multimelta, and power fist are the best combination. If you're hunting heavy infantry then a plasma gun and plasma cannon will do, with a power fist if you want one. If you're fighting hordes and want to save points, a rocket launcher/heavy bolter with a flamer will do. Being versatile is kind of what they're all about.
