A loota squad has 5 orks in it. In my shooting phase, I kill off four of them and the last one goes to ground and survives. At the end of the shooting phase, does he still have to take a morale test as he is pinned?

The Ork player would have to declare he is going to ground before rolling any saves. I assume he did this.

To answer your question, yes he would have to take a morale test for casualties as going to ground does not over ride the requirement for a break check.

And for rules support, Main rulebook, page 24, Going To Ground:

Whilst it has gone to ground the unit may do nothing of its own volition, but will react normally if affected by enemy actions (for example, it will take Morale tests as normal).
