Chaos Child, the third part of the Inquisitor War trilogy, has Emperors Children in it, tentacles and all.

Fabius Bile is a character in Black Tide, one of the Blood Angels books, I haven't read this though.

Mandragore Carrion is mentioned in Xenos, the first book of Eisenhorn Trilogy.
