I was wondering if you could all share your opinions on your favorite and least favorite Cryx casters? Please be sure to give a little background as to why.

Ok, Cryx player so this is going to be interesting to read

Favourite: It's got to be Mortenebra. Sure she is simple but It's so much fun to get the assassination off. Mind you, I do feel bad when playing her against somebody who has never seen her in action. I feel I should be handing across her spell card and saying I'm not cheating, honest. I really can get boosted melee against all living, a free advance, ghostly with +2 ARM and re-rolls of attack and damage in one turn.

Least favourite: Either of the Goreshades. His fluff is good. He's trying so hard to save the elves but in game he just doesn't make it fun for me.

Favorite:

Appearance - Witch Coven of Garghast
Gameplay - pDeneghra

Least Favorite:

Appearance - Tie: eDeneghra / Terminus (eDeneghra because of her strange proportions and how the scenic base is integrated / Terminus because of his face, lame sword pose and IMHO stupid looking wings)
Gameplay - Tie: Venethrax / pGoreshade

Favorite - eGasy
Least - Venethrax

I'm a big fan of the our Epic Bastard and Asphxyious. The Iron Lich's art in the rulebook is what made me play Cryx to start with, and pBastards art is a close second. Right now eBastard is my favorite caster to play in normal games, and the Iron Lich is my favorite in Mangled Metal running Six arc nodes. Venny tends to be a common goto for a second tournament list for me.

Least favorite play wise is pDenny. I know she's good, I've just not used her enough to be used to her more fragile stats compared to the big boys I usually play. Not used any of the casters who work for Terminus.

Gameplay - eAshyxious (mist anyone?)

Least Favorite:

Appearance - Skarre idk she just doesnt interest me
Gameplay - terminus (just give him parry for the sake of all that is unholy and he would be so much better.)
