Okay, so I've been to Michaels, Joann, Home Depot, and Walmart. I've even asked an employee and she didn't know what it was. Does anyone know where to buy some? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Elmers glue.
White school glue.
That's pva.

The funny part is that it was in every place you went to. You might even already own some.
Home depot sells large jugs of it if you need more than a bottle.

my favorite PVA glue is more commonly known as wood glue. Can pick it up lots of places.

PVA is the generic name of the chemical, don't be distressed that nobody advertises it by its generic name.

Elmer's Glue-All is a thicker version of School Glue, it is awesome for basing, a little thinning and a heavy application will cement basing materials really well.

Wood Glue is great, but it tends to dry a yellowish color. It sticks amazingly well though.

I tend to prefer the PVA Glue commonly labeled as "Floral Glue". You can find it it most general craft stores and Target/Walmart/etc. It's thicker and stronger than normal Elmer's Glue.

There's this company in the US called "Elmers". They make all types of glue. Head to your local grocery store and get some. You'll find it in the school supplies section.

Too bad you're not in my neck of the woods. I work at a Michaels and every time I refer to PVA or CA, I get funny looks, whether from customers or other employees.

Elmer's is widely available, but there are a number of cheaper generics that work just as well. Wood glue tends to give a somewhat stronger bond, but dries less clear and slightly less flexible. A number of people swear by Aileene's Tacky Glue, which is, as it's name suggests, somewhat thicker and stickier, out of the bottle - great for slightly porous materials like foam and plaster, but also works for generic applications that runnier glues usually handle.

I tend to use wood glue too. Some white glues just arnt 'sticky' enough.

If you need a large amount of PVA tho, head to your DIY store. They sell it for sealing plaster and stuff in paint tubs. It is actually labeled as PVA here, but may have a different name over there.

Elmer's Glue All. $3 for a bottle and it should give you enough to base 3000 points of Ork Boyz.

This. Ask at the craft store for "Tacky Glue". It's what crafters think PVA is called. It's very thick, but can be watered down if you wish. It's also cheaper than almost any other thick PVA I've seen asside from the bulk containers for construction use. I've used it for almost 20 years now and I don't bother with Elmers or other brands anymore.

Ah've found the best balance ofprice/quantity ad hardware stores (we dun have Home Depot here, so ah can't tell there), and the worse tis at art/craft stores, normally ya buy 2/3 of the glue ya get at the hardware stores, fer the same ammount of money.
