Today, 1pm EST, Ireland and England will be playing a rugby match, televised on BBC America.
It might prove interesting to Americans who've never watched a match, to compare it with American Football, or to cheer on a side (it also being St Patrick's Day, I imagine a few Irish heritage folks might want to cheer on a certain side).

Well the Americans can finally enjoy a Man's game
The only thing I'd be interested in is if England has a chance at winning the Six Nations... as I type its 13-9 to Wales against France, meaning Wales will take the Grand-Slam (win all 5 games).

You can't say 'Brits' because Wales, Scotland and England all have separate teams, Britain is the Island consisting of those three nations...
Wales have won, how have they won? They are a tiny country, how do they manage to get 15 Rugby players better than England, France or Ireland can get?

Because the Welsh, like us Cornish, eat, sleep and breathe rugby, whilst England spends all it's time and resources on soccer.

There are surprisingly few English football players that work well in a team together...

Soccer? Pfft Football
I don't think England spends much time or resources on any sport to be honest, all the top teams rely heavily in foreign imports, a large proportion of the top English youngsters end up being average, and when the best, some of which are bordering on World Class, play for England they just don't do the business consistently enough, seems to be a something that goes with being English and being at the top level though, F1 for example, Button and Hamilton have both shown they are pretty decent Drivers, but not consistently, Tim Henmen and now Andy Murray (ok Scottish not English) just couldn't reach the level needed to win a grand slam (Murray could do it, but Djorkie is the same age as him, and Nadal a year older, he's always going to be playing against those two...). And in Rugby or Cricket England win something and look good every now and then, and then are rubbish for a few years (not quite so bad in Cricket).

Swings and roundabouts old chap, I was more than happy with the lads performance against Wales, I reckon England will be right up there for a time looking at some of the talent they have waiting in the wings.

Completely agree, teams go up and down. Wales has been strong for a while though. In recent times I recall us winning the grand slam one year and then struggling to win even a match the following.

Was getting high and playing 40k so I missed the match. Would have been a cracker, shame we lost against Wales but I suppose they're the better team.

Ever thought 40k would be a lot better with bears?

Bloody disappointing game...
Ireland have rarely played that badly and England could have done better on several occasions...
Though i think Ireland were screwed over because of their game against France...
