White glue the poster back to the terrain, let dry. Once dry, apply thinned white glue over the surface of the poster, going over the edges slightly. Spray varnish once dry.

Thanks man! That's so easy too. I was expecting some hyper-complicated technique invloving spirits and varnishes For extra points does anyone know of a website that reproduces 15mm posters for this type of thing?
