The Restrictions I Put On My Tallarn Lists:
- Missile Launchers are the only HW teams allowed in Infantry Squads.
- All units able to take the FW Desert Raider special rule, must take it in lists of 750 points or more.
- 1 unit of 10 Rough Riders is required for lists of 1000 points or more.
- 2 units of Mukaali Rough Riders are required for lists of 1000 points or more.
- No vehicles besides Chimera Armoured Transports and Hydra Flak Tank Batteries are allowed.
- Al'Rahem is required in lists of 1000 points or more. |

Oh its extreemly lame, see back in the day dispell scroll was the only scroll right. But now we have feedback power and so on, and those too are used like a DS but don't dispell the spell so the argument is... wait for it: THE CUBE DOSEN"T SPECIFICALLY SAY IT DISPELS!!1! ROFL, clearly when the book was written it didn't have to, so it dosen't

It is an incredibly lame argument, especially since the cube states that it "works as a dispel scroll", and a Dispel Scroll in the BRB states that the spell it is used against is dispelled.
I wouldn't let aynone try that argument with me, the way I see it, it's:
Works as a dispel scroll>What does a dispel scroll do?>Look up dispel scroll in BRB>Apply effect
There's nothing ambiguous about it.

I still don't understand how it could be an argument. No other scroll is used as a dispel scroll, they are used instead of attempting to dispel, so they can't be used as precedent for something working "as a dispel scroll" not dispelling.

It does both; it's a dispel scroll that also ends the current magic phase on the roll of a 4+.
