The pages are in great shape, but the binding has been removed. I don't know if it was the intention of the previous owner to wire bind it, or scan it, but it has been very neatly done.

For an extra 4 bucks I'll take it to Staples and have it wire bound. They've done a good job for some old BTech books of mine and the cost of rebinding includes a thick paper back page and a clear protective front page.
