Tau Sept of Birt'ley

As is traditional when joining a forum here is a little about myself;

To this end, hello! And without further ado…

I have enjoyed wargaming (specifically 40K) for two thirds of my life. I love painting and playing with equal abandon, yet I still get the most satisfaction from unpacking a model and taking it to its finished state (it’s never finished though…).

I personally only own 1 army, 5th edition Grey knights (my son owns the others I have access to). But my first and last love will always be Tau Empire (which I donated to him a year ago). The Grey Knights are a wonderful army, I won’t write a treatise about that statement, save that they have been a joy to paint, and offer a somewhat tactically inept player options rather than punishment.

The Tau on the other hand, I am brought to account for every single ham-fisted maneuver, and illogical mis-deployment. But, when it works, my word they can decimate your opponent. And they can do so without needing an assault phase. Anyways, I digress.

I have been lurking for some time, and unless you particularly like discussing Tau related themes you may never hear from me again. That being said, for those of you who took the time to read this I thank you for your perseverance!
