just got wacthing this video new mechwarrior game on the way , looks very cool . but the big wow to me is the mechwarrior tactics game for the pc ! turn based game that shows all the turns being played out in real time . very cool . in the video they explain how you can play online and take a turn against an oppent at your leisure sort of like a beautiful vasal . pretty cool as im a huge battletech fan and dont have the time pull the map sheets and do it . now i can play a game with a mate via oline in style . check it out . http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y0n9acQeW4E
I miss the machine that let you climb in a mech cockpit and let you drive a mech around the field.
Wish I could get me a couple of those wonderful toys....

At Games Workshop, we believe that how you behave does matter. We believe this so strongly that we have written it down in the Games Workshop Book. There is a section in the book where we talk about the values we expect all staff to demonstrate in their working lives. These values are Lawyers, Guns and Money.

Yup. It's been talked about kinda regularly down in the video games section. The last time I checked, I think we were going with 'DakkaKorps' for our Merc group.

There's also another game, apparently, called 'Mechwarrior: Tactics', which I believe is essentially the tabletop as a full blown game - like Mektek, but with actual graphics.
Nice one I_A, that looks pretty sweet, certainly a dam sight better than Mw4 .
Never really play a Mmo this could be the one to break my cherry on.
Game play looks good enough and the clarity of modern screens should mean you can actually stand off and use LRMs rather than the usual circle and fire tactic.
