I Might make another one with slaanesh marines, because sonic weapons are awesome. My brother 1K CSM list is also gunline.

EDIT: I could take 3 Rihnos with havoc launcher instead of the defiler, 3 havoc launchers would be alot of anti tank

Drop the CSM and take Plague Marines, you can take 2 plasma guns in squads as small as 5mans, and their twice as resilient and fearless so as a gunline you don't have to worry about rolling morale to run away if you get shot.

Sorcerer, probably a better idea to use Lash of Submission than Doombolt, check into it.. being able to manipulate your enemies 2d6 in any direction is a good way to utilize if your going shooty... Havocs might do alright but a lot of chaos players take Obliterators instead. Bunch up models with lash, and drop a small blast S7 AP2 on them, autocannons could do that too though I suppose.

My biggest problem with this list (Besides what decoste said):

Why do you have a familiar on that sorcerer, but you only took doombolt? I think you misread the rules.

A familiar lets you take another psychic power (such as doombolt AND wind of chaos). I think you thought that meant you could shoot the same spell twice.

I would like to keep the squads of ten marines with plasma guns and have the chaff guys. And I see what you mean by the familiar and i will take that off of him. I want to keep the auto canons to so i can exterminate other marines yet be able to take out transports and heavy infantry like terminators. But here is the slannesh list i am thinking about as well:

I understood what they said, -Familiar, Not enough stuff that can take our AV 13 and 14. More big guns, I included that in my list, I just don't like plague marines because i can take better weapons with my noise marines and get stronger weapons from them. And my brother is doing 1K of nurgle bullet bags, and i am sorry for not mentioning that before. My part is just to blow stuff up and take out anything that can rip them up in close range.

Oblits are there to use their Meltas on AV14, las cannon is no contest, and to be honest, a powerfist can only scratch the paintwork on AV14.

If you're running gunline, its good to have another threat for them to deal with and catch them offguard, Like a rhino with chosen outflanking with 5 meltas/plasma guns. (4 in squad, leader gets combi bolter)

Berzerkers do okay with str 9 and 3 attacks. But yeah, melta or dreadnaugh CCW is the way to go. Defiler can do it, especially with fleet, but they don't usually last too long being AV12 and a huge threat.

The dozer blades on the preds is a waste of points. More than likely you won't move them until you have to. With them having lascannons they are going to get shot at first. so save 10 points. If this is a team list, get the plague marines with melta and go tank hunting, while you go troop killing. Other than that it looks good.

If your making a ranged gunline, why take champions in you squads? Doom Siren is an AP3 flamer, correct? nice to have but if you take those out you will be netting yourself another 90 points to play with!

Perhaps chanve the preds for chosen with meltas? My 1.5k slaanesh list is noise marines with guns and 2 units of 6 chosen with 5 meltas...

Outflanking Chosen can be awesome......if they outflank on the decent side of the table. Less of an issue in smaller games admittedly but if your opponent deploys all in one corner of up one side you coudl be screwed.

True i use them for early tank or term hunting tbh. Anything that could possible hurt me. Theyre cheaper than your troops really ;-)

Just my 2 cents, but for a gunline army you have very few troops, which means your gunline's firepower will really hurt after the first or second turn. I love noise marines, but probably wouldn't run 3 squads of 6. You can get a lot of firepower and survivability from a 10 man CSM squad and come in at basically the same price. Also, havoc heavy bolters or preds with autocannon/heavy bolter sponsons are cheap and can put a lot of shots down range. If you are concerned about tanks, then give a couple melta guns around. Again, play the army the way you want....just something to think about.
