Arms are sold separately.
It even says that in the description "Contemptor Pattern Dreadnought arms shown in some images sold separately."

None of the Forgeworld Dreadnoughts come with arms.
Neither do the titans.

They are an expensive unit, both points-wise and $$$-wise. With the load out I was considering, I could almost take a land raider.
They can be killed fairly easily, just like any other Dreadnought.
They're weapons are pretty good, though. I'm tempted, but I have the worst luck with keeping Dreadnoughts alive after turn 1 or 2.

I think the comtemptor is very solid for the points, you can build them to be absolutely nasty game wise. I am planning on getting one. The model is awesome
