It is a Chaos Space Marine Lord of Slaanesh.
It is very pink.

I dislike the single horn, but that is likely just a personal preference the model overall is quite impressive excellent work.

I love this model! Not only are the colours very well chosen, and executed, but perfectly Slaaneshi!
However one point I'd like to specifically point out, is the face! It is truly incredible! Much love for the face!
