I realise with ork burnas that you choose a power weapon or flamer, but two things remain unclear to me:

1-If I only fire some of the burnas in my squad can the others use power weapons?

2-If I shoot flamers in my turn and they assault me on their turn do I have pw for their assault phase? So how long does the "choose one" last?

I would like answers to either one of these questions and I am open to any interpretation. Thanks

Since you don't have a choice to use it as a burna in the enemy's turn it must therefor be a PW

I've hear a lot of folks reference this. What "power weapon" do burnas have? It's not in the codex...

Re-read the Burnas Entry on Page 45 of the Codex.

This has always made me laugh. The idea of an ork boy basically cutting into your armor with a giant propane torch is so very orky.

Nah, flame everything.

With a few exceptions it is always better to flame.

Cutting into terminators is rather fun, though. Enjoy taking your 15 5+ saves.
