I have been talking to my friend, and he showed me a list he will be using in a campaign and i'm curious to know what the people of Dakkadakka think about it.
I don't have the points i just have his list. Here we go:

He plans on having the Lychguard (with the Overlord) on the front line and having the two warrior squads in back for a cover save, followed by the monolith. While that advances, he will have the Scarabs on the sides hugging cover until their in close combat.

What do you think?

Looks a lot like what I run, get scythes on the regular lords, it'll really make a difference if the warrior blobs ever get into CC
Everyone will say the monolith is gonna be a huge fire magnet, just be smart about using it, as anti-tank at 1250 is going to me more...limited

I'd also give the OL the improved armor save to a 2+
All the upgrades i suggested can be done if you combine the scarabs into one larger swarm, and cut out 2-3 bases

Going to get shot up a LOT on the way to the enemy. List has nothing over 24" and really only scarabs for anti-tank. With no spyder support, they're missile magnets.

Even 1 destruction tek with a pulse will help a lot.
