I can tell the blending of the burger is air brushed!!!!

From what I can see.

The picture is too small, its hard to see what is there.

Maybe add a few more layers of lighter blue to white to make it look more glowy

Can't realy see the necrons :/ maybe a close up pick with a real camera ? Or just phone shot ?

Alas, twas not the cameras fault, more my ineptitude with a camera, as evidenced by Pope Burger the first and his holy shiny disciples.

This ones closer, and not quite so bright

Any fiance who has one of those is worth having!

But the OSL look really good imho but I also not that good at OSL. With my crons I do the blue for my tesla and it looks about the same.

The blue has been applied a bit too thick on some parts. Reserve the solid colours for close to edges (or really close to the source of the light) and stick to glazing all other surfaces. It will look a bit more like glow and less like blue paint. Also, consider highlighting the blue parts as well, especially the edges. You're on your way. I have no doubt you will produce some really nice stuff with a bit of practice.
