I am playing a friend of mine tomorrow, and could really use some tactical advice. My army list is not very good for this matchup, could really use some psyfledreads..
Basically my list is:

HQ
Draigo
Xenos Inquisitor, Rad grenades, Psychotroke grenades, 3 servo skulls, Psycher, Hammerhand, Power armour

Elite
9x purifiers, 1 hammer, 6 halberds, 2 psycannons w. rhino /inquisitor goes here.
Vindicare assassin

Troops.
5x Paladins, 2 master crafted psycannons, warding stave, 2 halberds, 2 swords
5x GKSS, 1 psycannon, 1 hammer, razorback w/ twin linked assault cannon + psybolts.
5x GKSS, 1 psycannon, 1 hammer, razorback w/ twin linked assault cannon + psybolts.
5x GKSS, 1 psycannon, 1 hammer, razorback w/ twin linked assault cannon + psybolts.

He is taking something like:
Archon
3x Ravagers
3x Venoms with 9 wyches each
Not really sure about the rest.

My biggest problem is that all his skimmers have night shields, and i almost completely have 24 inch weapons.
We are playing spearhead, seize ground. I really appreciate any advice on how to play this matchup.

The list you mention is off. Venoms are the vee that has a low transport capacity and 12 poison shots. A raider has a capacity of 10 and a dark lance. The tactics to use versus those two lists are very different.

Assuming you ment raiders, then your opponent will have lots of CC units and longer range dark lances. I assume he will pop your transports at range before sending in wyches to kill your GKSS then purifiers. The ravagers will likely focus on dropping Draigo.

You may consider deepstriking the GKSS, and using the razorbacks as a shield for Draigo and the Purifier Rhino. Launch the razors forward with everything behind, pop smoke/run to close the distance, and push him into his corner so you have range on turn 2. You have communion with Draigo, so you can deep strike in those strike squads a bit earlier if your gambit works, or keep them back for late game objective holding if you lost all your firepower to lucky dark lances and poor cover saves.

If you just can't change your list, I think you can try to outflank something ...Purifiers or GKSS
