Im playing in a 750 tournament tomorrow and cant decide how to use my crypteks, my list looks like this:

Overlord w/ warcythe on cc barge
Harbinger of destruction, pulse
Harbinger of destruction
Harbinger of destruction
5 tesla immortals
5 tesla immortals
5 tesla immortals
Annihilation barge
Annihilation barge

With one destro-tek in each squad, it increases their survivability, but starts wasting valuable tesla shots that could be used on infantry, would it be better to just have them as a court on their own in cover somewhere? Or keep them with the immortals?

All comments are read and appreciated

They stare into your soul.

That list is illegal, you can only have one Harbinger of each type per Royal Court, and you can only have one Royal Court per Necron Lord/Overlord.

The list is fine. You just cant have repeated cryptek wargear in the same royal court. You can have as many harbingers of any given type you want (up to 5 per court).

You might consider gauss immortals since they're probably just going to be objective sitters, once you're there you won't be moving them around too much and your lances can still take pop shots at AV, any AV that gets too close gets hosed with gauss too. You have good mobility so your AT and lord can zip over to anybody who's being contested, hopefully preventing you from having to move too much with the immortals... Leaving 3 crypteks in a squad of their own is gonna put a huge target on them, with only their 4+ / cover they'll be fairly fragile.

Edit: Clarified repeated wargear type mentioned above to specify crypteks.

That may depend on your enemy. I'd say keep them in squad. You will likely not be wasting those shots early in, as they will have few targets, and then you'll be wanting one or two to help focus down with your tesla too. I know where you are coming from, but I like to make my royal courts either beefier, or with more threats to hang out with. a court is a tasty chunk of points on it's own and represents an important aspect of your shooting.

If you decide to go the court path, consider the advantages putting the immortals into 2 squads.
