If I were to use wargs from the LoTR game as ogryn, would that be legal? I think they have the same sized base, but I want to make sure.

As long as they are roughly the same size, on the correct size base, and your opponent/TO says it's OK; yes.

Greebo had spent an irritating two minutes in that box. Technically, a cat locked in a box may be alive or it may be dead. You never know until you look. In fact, the mere act of opening the box will determine the state of the cat, although in this case there were three determinate states the cat could be in: these being Alive, Dead, and Bloody Furious.

Yep. Are you talking about using them as a proxy until you get some real Ogryn? Or as a long term solution meaning that they represent your Ogryn models?

If you wanna make some ogryn models, Ogres for Fantasy work well. Just saying. Also, yeah it should be legal. As long as it's GW, its usually legal as long as size/base is the same.

I mean as just a temp solution until I can either afford 15 dollars a model (Unlikely until I get a job), get good enough to convert some fantasy ogres, or when they come out with an ogryn plastic set.
