Split everybody up as you have the FoC slots available:
1. Bodyguards are over priced. Team Leader upgrades are cheaper and still allow for TAs & Wargear.
2. It's a big unit, easily caught in h2h.
3. Splitting 'em splits your fire. Good for you.
4. Makes him split his fire, bad for enemy.
5. Singles are easier to JSJ to hiding.
If you keep this, add a BK.

With FWs, go 6, 9 or 12. 6 for minimum points spent. 9 because it takes 3 casualties to cause Morale. That doesn't increase to 4 dead, until you field 12 FWs. 10 or 11 guys still take morale at 3 dead.
Also, an MT on the 'fish ain't so great for just a BC & drones at Cruising speed, IMHO.

Do ya mean Ionhead? But since the points point to a Railhead ... anyway, I like Target Lock so the BCs shoot dudes while I have the option of the RG hitting a tank.
Overall, it's a good list, if a little light on XV8s. 6 b-sides is good. I'd further recommend a kroot-loop/bubble wrap for those XV88s.

On your 'el, I would take iridium armor if you are taking the 2 shield drones and the stim injector on a lone 'el. This will give the drones a 2+ armor as well as your commander. Also, twin linking plasma is a waste at BS5, I would take either a fireknife or missile pod+whatever and a HW multi track.
On your devilfish, make room for the disruption pod. It is just too good to leave home without. 80 point tank doubles its chance for survival for a mere 5 points.

Personally I'd drop the Shaper from the kroot. For me he's never been worth the points. With the points got back from him you could get disruption pods on the Devilfish so you can keep your fire warriors mobile for longer and have 14 points left to spend on whatever you wanted (2 more kroot carnivores, 2 kroot hounds etc.)

Dude ditch the Irid. Armour.
A lone shas'el is using his movement to keep him alive.
If you can't Jump, Shoot and then jump back into cover your most likely going to die....
The iridium forces you to roll a D6 in your Assault phase which is BAD.
The 2+ sv is worthless if it costs you your free move.

Add a Target Array back in for BS5, always with an ' El. I'm not a fan of IA, as Milisim pointed out; it slows him down. BC/ MP is an okay load-out.

Why not split into singles? I'd save the BK's cost, and then *both* could be upgraded to Team Leaders, getting TAs.
