Codex says the player writes down the area terrain Ymgarls will reserve from "after deployment". From the wording, it seems like this would occur after infiltration and scout moves. Eldrad's divination also occurs "after deployment". Which occurs first? Would this be a roll-off issue?

I didn't find the answers in Tyranid FAQ, INAT FAQ, or searching this forum.

Roll off, as the two occur at the same time. As long as there are no other definite qualifiers in there - for example "just before the roll for first turn" would place it at a later time than simply "after deployment"
