I would thin your paints more and use masking tape when doing your edging to get nice crisp lines. Nice use of EL wire though

Might want to consider a thinner wash on your metal too, it's coming out a bit blotchy

For the scheme itself, I think you have too many colours - black, green, red, yellow, silver & gold is just too much, I would pare it down to three - which three is entirely up to you, but judging by the best bits you've painted so far I'd go with black, green and either washed silver or red.

The bases look really nice - but because they're red and yellow, you could avoid those colours on the minis themselves?
