Subject: Malwoc, vehicles and "destroyed"

If a Malwoc uses TotD on a rhino with 10 men inside, that is blocked so it can't clear the template the vehicle is "destroyed".
1) Which destoryed result is it Destroyed: Wrecked or Destroyed: Exploded?
2) What happens to the unit inside? Rules state models that cannot be placed outside of 1" are destroyed, but the Malwoc has an oval base and some in theroy could be placed. Or is the unit inside destroyed bas well.
3) If the vehicle is Destroyed: Wrecked or Exploded that means the Malwoc finished his deep strike in DT and would need to tests for the Dangrous Terrain per the DS rules, right?

It is neither result - the vehicle is just destroyed. The unit inside cannot disembark, as they have no allowance to, and are also destroyed.

There isn't any allowance for just "destroyed" for vehicles in the rules that I can find. What precident is there for just a "destroyed" result.

The precedence is that the Mawloc's rule is more specific. More>Less in this case More>None

Destroyed is listed a couple of times in the rulebook, and means exactly what you think it means.

Huh? I think it means Removed from play as a casualty, but others think it means destoryed: Wrecked. Looking for any rule to back a position here.

Destroyed encompasses all of the above, as it is not further defined. Why do you think it means RfPaaC? It doesnt say that. Neither is it destroyed: wrecked. The vehicle is simply destroyed, gone, removed from the board, nothing left behind.
You therefore have no permission to use abilities that trigger on RfPaaC / RfP, no abilty to disembark, etc.
Just use the standard English understanding of Destroyed, as you have no permission to equate it to anything else.
