Subject: Ghost ark Repair question..

ok after reading the codex. and looking thru the Errata.. would it be leagal for a ghost ark to repair more then one unit of warriors at the start of the movement phase? the codex says.. " ... Nominate a unit of Necron warriors within 6" (or embarked on) the Ghost ark and roll a D6. if the scroe is a 2 or more, add D3 models to the unit - the models can move and act normally this turn..) the FAQ / Errata just adds about placing the model with models that was not made during this movement phase..
to me this does not say you can't repair more then one unit, it is giving you instructions on how to repair the unit. so if i have two units of warriors and i have a ghost ark in the middle of them and they have lost models due to enemy fire. at the start of my movement phase i pick one unit .. preform the instructions via the codex then pick the other unit and preform the same instructions via codex. then proced with moving models.. does this seem to be a Leagal move? this is how i have been playing it when i have more then one unit with in range of the ghost ark.. this does not happen alot i think maybe twice.. but i'm asking because i have been playing in tournaments and i like to play fair. no one has said this isn't leagal. but i would like some feed back, on if this is a fair move.. now keep inmind i know i am taking a chance at harming my ghost ark every time i "repair" warriors because on a role of a 1, the Ark recieves a Glancing hit with no saves allowed. so this is a gamble the more you do this the more chances that 1 will show up and then you have glanced your own ark. with it being open toped, the vehicle damage chart it will always be a 2 or higher up to a 4. Thoughts ?

Agreeing with the above. One unit, per turn.

Well the word "A" is what got me to thinking about this.. like i said it hasn't happend but maybe two times ( not in a tournament ) i think because normaly i have warriors all over the place trying to provide fire power or take objectives. but if i ever ran across this in a tournament then i would want to make sure im not doing somthing illegal. but yeah i'm kinda seeing how this means only 1 unit per turn. well it don't change alot of tactics for me.. i just have to see what unit is running low and add to that one. oh but i guess if i had more then one ghost ark then i could use both ghost arks to add to the same unit.. now that would be a walking wall of warriors lol.

Yes you can add D3 models to a single unit every turn. But it doesn't have to be the same unit as the previous turn, just a unit of Warriors within 6" of the Ark.

And multiple Ghost Arks can target the same unit if you wish. So if you have 2-3 Arks and a couple of Warrior units that have taken casualities you can heal up one unit at a time if you want.
