I started playing some Rhulic themed lists lately and found that they are extremely good and fun to play, but their unit options are relatively limited. I was wondering if PP is planning on adding some more options to the dwarven forces. I would love to see a couple more infantry squads and solos. A new warcaster would be nice too.

I think you'll be getting some of those wishes in the colossal book. At the very least there is a new rhulic warcaster, General (somebody).

A reminder: Rhulic forces are considered just a part of the larger
umbrella of Mercenaries. Mercenaries as a whole receive new models
far more often than Rhulics do.

I realize that malf, it just seems as though Rhul is significantly more established than the rest of the mercs, and that makes me feel as thought they should either have the unit options to match, or they should be made into a new faction.

If anything, id argue that its the pirates that are more established. after all, back in mark1, they have their "pirates of the broken coast" book. then there is Magnus, one of the movers and shakers of the setting, who is cool enough to justify a book dedicated solely to himself. Rhul is simply one of several sub-factions available to mercenaries. they are no more important than any other sub faction, im afraid.

there is a small group of people who want rhul to be its own faction, but while loud, they are a distinct, and extremely small minority. personally, i dont see the point. even in terms of fluff, it makes little sense.

Shame that you can't use Searforged Theme lists for Hardcore events, since they require 3 casters.

You can, you just have to pick a different mercenary warcaster for your third list.

Edit: Hardcore is one list, Masters is three lists.
