Hm, it seems like your army is lacking some focus.
What do you want to do with it?
If you had two HQ's at this points level, you should really cash in on the crypteks, be they veilteks, lance teks, pulse teks, or whatever you desire.
The deathmarks aren't bad per-se but expect them to deep strike in, kill something then die.
10 flayed ones is at this point a waste of points, i would axe them from your list.
3 blocks of 20 warriors might even be too many, i'd look to these to potentially find extra points here and there.
Doomsday arcs are not really worth it, they can't move to get their full powered shot.
Monolith might be okay, but you could stand to get additional annihilation barges.
I'd get a 5th destroyer if you really want to run them, and make 3 of them heavy.
If you can afford it, I'd look into getting a lychguard escort for obyron, he can veil them all over the field, and all those power weapon attacks hurt after a while.
So to summarize.
Figure out what kind of "flavor" you want for your army, key it to that.
More crypteks
No flayed ones (only really worth it with bloodswarm scarabs from Imotehk.
Consider Dropping the DDay arc
More Annihilation Barges.
Another destroyer, 3 with heavy upgrade for mobile long ranged fire support
Just my thoughts, if you have something in mind for what you want to do say so and I could give you something a little more specific!
Good luck sir

Basically im trying to cover all the bases for tournament play since you cant change the list mid tournament. in the past ive had alot of trouble with armor on the opposing side. thats the main reason for the DDA. the deathmarks im using them to take out the enemy HQ. After that they are just to annoy, much like the scarabs. i like to rum alot of warriors mainly cause im used to the phase out rule, and they are good at corraling the enemy forces. flayed ones are my anti assault forces and the destroyers are for picking off stragglers. ive found they work best for retreating units when i need an extra kill point. also the AB supplements the destroyers. And the lords i keep them assault ready since i attach them to units edited 2 times

Hm, well, I suppose you could attach Obyron to the flayed ones if you so desired, and give the unit furious charge with Zandrehk, and the ability to teleport all over the place from Obyron. That'd be a somewhat nasty combo.
Still, i recommend dropping the Dday arc, someone deep striking a drop pod/ spore/ termicide/ect will make it priority one, and pop it.
If you are really fixed on the big guns, maybe take a second monolith, or take a few annihilation barges with teslas.
I would still suggest upping the number of destroyers to 5, making them heavy makes them ever-so lethal to everything without an invuln, wounding on twos or insta-killing. They also make good mobile anti armor platforms.
Scarabs can help with the armor pretty easily.
Normally the reason to take two HQ choices is to unlock multiple royal courts, seeing as you only have 2 lords for RC choices, I would lose Trazyn, and use the points for crypteks and barges.
